General Guidelines:

  • Submit abstracts through the online registration portal.
  • Abstracts submitted in any other mode will not be entertained.
  • Abstract write up should be in correct British English.
  • The editors will not do any text editing or reformatting.
  • All diagrams, pictures, tables and equations used in posters should be visible and readable.
  • All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Approved abstracts will be published in e-souvenir.
  • Abstract status will be notified to contact authors by e-mail/SMS.
  • The presenting author should submit the finalized PPT for oral paper presentation and pdf of poster presentation on or before 3rd November, 2022 through our website at abstract page.
  • The last date for submission of abstracts is 20th October, 2022
  • Templates for the oral & poster presentations are available at Homepage under download.
  • Follow Title, IMRAD Pattern (Introduction, Methods, Results And Discussion) for abstract preparation
  • Words Limit: Max. 200 words, Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12, Space 1.5.
  • Sanskrit words: Must use transliteration table / Diacritical for technical terms.
  • The online abstract submission portal has enabled copy paste option; kindly fill the respective headings accordingly.

GUIDELINES FOR: ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  • Use the provided template for PPT preparation and use upload button to submit
  • Candidates are requested to carry presentation in virus free pen drive.
  • Time limit for presentation is 5+2 min
  • Chairperson’s decision will be final
  • Certificate of authenticity (available in downloads) is necessary. Paste a scanned copy in the PPT

  GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

  • Poster should be presented as E-Posters
  • Use the provided template for poster preparation and use the PDF format to upload by using upload button and submit.
  • The organizers will provide presentation projector.
  • Judge’s decision will be final

GUIDELINES FOR DIET RECIPE COOKING VIDEO CONTEST

  • The entire step-by-step preparation of recipe must be on video.
  • Video duration should be within 3 minutes.
  • Video must be in VGA/Mp4 format, file not larger than 100 Mb.
  • The written recipe must be submitted along with the video.
  • The written recipe should contain right quantity of the ingredients, nutritional value, their benefits and process of making the dish in detail.
  • Each participant can send only one recipe for the contest.
  • The last date for the submission of video is 20th October, 2022.
  • Judges decision will be final.
  • Judging criteria include,-
  • Video quality – Audio, video, lighting and editing
  • Overall presentation
  • Creativity

 

GUIDELINES FOR DINACHARYA VIDEO CONTEST

  • Participants are asked to create a videothat explores the daily regimen as said in classics.
  • Only one entry is allowed per person.
  • Video must be within 3 minutes of length.
  • Video must be in VGA/Mp4 format, not larger than 100 Mb.
  • The last date for the submission of video is 20th October, 2022.
  • Judges decision will be final.

GUIDELINES FOR GROUP RHYTHMIC YOGASANA VIDEO CONTEST

  • 5 & max of 8 students can be in 1 group (boys & girls)
  • Time limit: 5 min
  • Song: patriotic or Indian classical instruments music can be used.
  • Students can also perform yoga pyramid.
  • No editing in encouraged. .
  • Usage of props aren’t recommended.
  • Video must be in VGA/Mp4 format, not larger than 150 Mb.
  • The last date for the submission of video is 20th October, 2022.
  • Judges decision will be the final.
  • Winners will be given a chance to perform on the day of event
